Beaujolais nouveau release tomorrow!

Beaujolais nouveau will be release tomorrow Thursday 18th. Also this is the nouveau season for Sake, too! Sake companies, kuramoto begin making nihonshu in October after the rice is harvested. The new products are ready and available to consumers in November. The reason why sake made in the winter is that microbes are inactive at low temperatures and so it’s easier to control unfavorable ones in winter.
