High winds and heavy rain have whipped the Japanese cities of Kobe and Osaka and surrounding areas. The typhoon #21 had sustained winds of 160kilometers per hour. Luckily it was fine in Yokosuka area.
Yesterday a magnitude 6.6 quake struck Hokkaido. So many natural disasters in Japan this year…..
